Network Outage at Switzerland Location

We're currently investigating an outage of the network at our datacenter location in Switzerland. Some hypervisors have lost their network connectivity and we're currently assessing the situation.

During the outage your servers may either become unreachable via network or may experiencing a flapping network connectivity. The VNC console for those servers is affected as well.

Please excuse the inconveniences this is causing you right now. Our team is working on getting the infrastructure back online as soon as possible.

The situation seems to have stabilised, we're seeing systems regaining their connectivity. However, we can't declare the situation as fully resolved yet, as we're still investigating the root cause for the issues.

The issue didn't arise again and we consider the network outage resolved at this point.
